Charlise Smith has over 15 years of management experience. During her employment as a property manager, she has obtained a broker’s license, became tax credit certified, earned her assistant housing management certification, and is an accredited residential manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2012 she birthed a non-profit organization called Women Against Violence Enterprises (WAVE), an organization focused on social issues in distressed communities.
